Our hours of operation are:
Monday – Friday
9:00am – 5:00pm
During season we sometimes offer extended hours of operation in which we may open at 8:30am, and close as late as 6:00pm. However, generally we operate under the 9am-5pm premise.
We are closed on all major holidays:
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
- New Years Day
- 4th of July
- Memorial Day
- Labor Day
Our return policy allows for certain items to be returned on a case by case basis with a 20% restocking fee. All items should remain folded and in their respective unopened package in the condition they were received. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
We do not accept returns on any special order items. We also do not accept any returns on bed sheets, linens, and pillows for quality control purposes. We have a commitment to our customers to ensure that the safety and quality of our products remain up to adequate standard.
All items being returned to us that are eligible for a refund will not be refunded for the cost of shipping; only the product price is refundable. Shipping costs to send items back to us to be returned are at the responsibility of the customer, not Towels by the Pound.
On items returned via shipping or mail carrier, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Items brought into our Pompano Beach, FL warehouse will be refunded between 3 and 15 days depending on accounting prefaces. This time-frame includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
